Thank you very much for entrusting us with the important task of determining what the value of your home is in today’s real estate market.

As your real estate consultant and advisor, our job is to give you an accurate valuation for your house or condominium which will allow you to make the decision as to whether it’s the right moment for you to sell at this time or not.

In an ideal world, as you can appreciate, appraising a home would be very straightforward… the house or condo suite right next door to you just sold last week and it was identical to yours. Unfortunately it’s not often that easy!

Many homes have had changes, renovations or improvements that necessitate us making educated dollar adjustments to reflect those differences in order to come up with a valuation for you.

Therefore the more information you can give us about your home, the more detailed you can be, the more accurate we can be when determining what its value is today.

Once you’ve submitted the information below, we’ll set a time to meet at your home (with all owners who are on title please) to do our evaluation… please set aside about 60-90 minutes for this.

We typically will start off by doing a Room-By-Room Review… a walk-thru of every room in your home to give you feedback as to what cosmetic-only changes you could make to your house or condo to maximize its value.

Then we’ll sit down to talk about your situation, what options you may have and we’ll give you an estimate of what the market thinks your home is worth at this time. We’ll also prepare a Net Sheet showing you what cash you’d have in hand for a range of sale prices.
